Who we are
The Episcopal Youth and Children’s Services
of the Episcopal Diocese of Georgia provides needs-based
assistance towards college scholarships, medical assistance and
camp scholarships
for any individual 22 years of age or younger
who are members or whose parents or legal guardians are members
of the Episcopal in the Diocese of Georgia, irrespective of race
or sex.
The EYCS
Board is comprised of women who represent each of
the Savannah Convocation’s parishes and missions.
We meet regularly to distribute the funds raised
through an annual diocesan appeal and received through various
trusts and contributions.
In an effort to maximize funds for our scholarship recipients, we will no longer send the "Gold Envelope" mailing
and instead will ask our generous donors to contribute in one of several convenient ways. Write a check and put it in
the plate on November's Ingathering Sunday, denoting "EYCS Scholarship" on their check, OR, send a check directly
to the EYCS, 611 E. Bay Street, Savannah, GA 31401, OR, donate safely and securely online using a credit card by
clicking on the PayPal link below (does not require a PayPal account to donate). Donations to EYCS, a not-for-profit
organization, are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
